  • Once you have logged into your Roadrunner email account, you will need to click on the “Create New User” option and fill out the form.
  • When you have completed the form, submit the form and you are done.
  • Your additional email account will be added to your Roadrunner email account.

Unable to change the password for the street email account

Can’t change the password for your Roadrunner email account? Follow these step-by-step instructions:

  • In your web browser, go to the password reset tool.
  • Once you are on the Password Reset Tool page, you will need to click on the “I know my email password, and I want to change it” option if you know your password. This way, you will be directed to the Account Management page of your account. You will be allowed to change the account password.
